Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a full-stack team (3-4 developers) to meet the demands of a fast-growing company.

- Balance technical objectives, business requirements, and timeline targets to deliver scalable, testable solutions to our development standards.

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to understand requirements, communicate designs, and implement specifications.

- Build content and data-driven enterprise-level web applications, implementing dynamic user interfaces emphasizing responsive web design and accessibility.

- Integrate with third-party systems and providers by consuming web services and collaborating with back-end developers to design APIs and service interfaces.

- Write clean, well-organized code, following industry standard coding practices.

- Create documentation around processes, including front-end design and service architecture.

- Apply quality measures around performance, security, and scalability.

- Lead meetings between application teams and the line of business.

- Lead and/or participates in the requirements, design, development, and implementation of systems development and programming, as well as technical support after implementation.

- Responsible for components of highly complex engineering and/or analytical tasks and activities.

Requirements :

- Proficiency in using modern web development technologies and techniques, including JavaScript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS (cross-browser support), etc.

- Modern PHP

- React

- Passion for creating efficient, scalable, high-performance web interfaces

- Experience working in an agile environment

- Cloud-scaling with AWS (S3, EC2, RDS, Elasticache, SQS, and Route53).

- Docker

- A core competency of the core JavaScript language, HTML5, and CSS3.

- A core competency of object-oriented PHP.

- Proficiency with MySQL or similar RDBMS (PostgreSQL, SQLite, etc).

- Proficiency with producing and consuming RESTful APIs.

- Proficiency with producing and consuming JSON and XML data structures.

- Familiarity with a PHP framework (Laravel, Symphony, CodeIgniter preferably).

- Familiarity with developing well-structured web applications using React and Redux.
