Lead Full Stack Developer - .Net Technologies

Description : We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of our core applications. This is a pivotal role requiring deep expertise in .NET Core 6+, React, and Azure Services, along with strong leadership skills to guide a development team in building high-performance, scalable cloud-based solutions. You will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring high code quality and fostering a collaborative team culture.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end full-stack development, providing technical direction on design, architecture, and implementation while mentoring junior developers.

- Design and implement scalable APIs and backend services using .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET Core.

- Drive full-stack development with React on the front end and .NET Core 6+ on the back end, focusing on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, business-driven solutions.

- Leverage Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, for application hosting, deployment, and monitoring.

- Implement DevOps best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release management.

- Ensure high code quality through adherence to coding standards, thorough code reviews, and comprehensive technical documentation.

- Provide L3 support and participate in troubleshooting and performance optimization of production systems.

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience :

- 8+ years of professional software development experience.

Full Stack Expertise :

- Strong expertise in .NET Full Stack development, including :

1. .NET Core 6+, C#

2. ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC)

3. Entity Framework Core

- Strong proficiency in API development (REST, JSON, XML) and microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with React and modern front-end development using :

1. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript

2. Modern build tools and front-end pipelines

- Experience with relational and non-relational databases :

1. SQL : PostgreSQL, MySQL

2. NoSQL : MongoDB, Redis

- Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git and SVN.

Cloud & DevOps :

- Strong understanding of Azure Services, including Azure Functions.

- Working experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Good understanding of authentication frameworks and data communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets).

Leadership & Technical Acumen :

- Prior experience leading projects or teams.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Solid knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and software architecture principles.

- Awareness of user experience and performance optimization best practices.
