Job Description :

As a Lead. NET FullStack Developer, you will spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of multiple applications, both on-premise and in the cloud. Collaborating closely with the Product team, you will refine and estimate user stories for new functionalities, participate in deployment and production support activities, and mentor junior team members.

Responsibilities :

- Lead medium to large-sized projects with small teams.

- Demonstrate expertise in. NET, MVC, JavaScript, API integration, and SQL.

- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Utilize strong database and SQL skills for performance optimization.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Healthcare IT (HL7 X12 EDI) is a plus.

- Ability to manage projects from inception to deployment.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with 5+ years of expertise in writing SQL queries and performance optimization.

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages.

- Experience with DevOps and issue tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
