Youll work on products that power equities, derivatives, currencies, and mutual fund trading, helping investors make smarter, faster decisions through intuitive, secure, and scalable mobile applications.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Lead Flutter Developer to drive the development of cross-platform mobile trading applications. You will play a hands-on technical leadership role, owning architecture, performance, and quality while mentoring developers and collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building real-time, high-performance fintech apps and leading from the front.

What Youll Do :

- Lead end-to-end development of Flutter mobile apps using clean architecture & SOLID principles

- Build real-time dashboards, market data views, charts, and trading workflows

- Integrate REST APIs & WebSockets for live market feeds, order execution, and notifications

- Drive performance optimizations using Dart profiling, widget optimization, and native integrations

- Ensure high stability and low crash rates through monitoring, debugging, and proactive fixes

- Oversee unit, widget, and integration testing with strong code coverage

- Partner with UX teams for pixel-perfect, accessible UI

- Mentor engineers, review code, and enforce best practices

- Lead bi-monthly releases with zero critical regressions

What Were Looking For :

- 7+ years of mobile development experience

- 35+ years of hands-on Flutter & Dart experience

- Strong knowledge of state management (Bloc / Provider / Riverpod)

- Experience with real-time or fintech applications (trading preferred)

- Expertise in charts, animations, gestures, and performance tuning

- Solid understanding of mobile security (secure storage, token handling)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, App Store / Play Store releases

- Strong ownership mindset and excellent communication skills
