Skills & Qualification :

Experience :

- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior engineering role.

Flutter Expertise :

- Proven, hands-on experience in building, shipping, and maintaining complex mobile applications using Flutter.

- A deep understanding of the Dart language, Flutter framework, widgets, state management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), and mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).

Java API Knowledge :

- Strong proficiency in Java and experience with frameworks like Spring Boot for building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Optimization Skills :

- Demonstrated experience in both app optimization (profiling, memory management, performance tuning) and API optimization (caching strategies, query optimization, efficient data serialization).

Architectural Design :

- Solid understanding of software design principles, design patterns, and building scalable and resilient systems.

Leadership :

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and drive technical discussions.

CI/CD & DevOps :

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g, Codemagic, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is a plus.
