Were looking for an experienced Lead FinOps Engineer to join a leading global enterprise software product company delivering mission-critical SaaS solutions across aviation, travel, transportation, hospitality, and logistics.

Key Areas of Focus :

- Lead cloud cost optimization initiatives across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

- Improve cloud governance, tagging, cost allocation, and reporting.

- Build dashboards and actionable cost insights using SQL / Power BI / Tableau.

- Automate anomaly detection, rightsizing, idle resource identification, and savings tracking.

- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Customer Success, and Cloud teams to drive cloud cost accountability.

- Contribute to the organizations FinOps maturity journey and best practices.

Candidate Requirements :

- 6 -10 years of experience in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering, FinOps, or Cloud Governance.

- Strong hands-on experience in cloud cost optimization and FinOps practices.

- Expertise in AWS pricing, billing, and cost optimization techniques.

- Exposure to Azure and/or GCP cost management.

- Experience with tools like CloudHealth, Cloudability, Apptio, CloudZero, or similar platforms.

- Knowledge of Terraform, Python, cloud automation, tagging strategies, and governance frameworks.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- FinOps certification (FOCP).

- Cloud certifications in AWS / Azure / GCP.

- Experience in multi-cloud / SaaS / enterprise software environments.

- Kubernetes cost optimization and automation experience.
