We are looking for a Lead FastAPI Developer to design, develop, and optimize high-performance backend services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable APIs, microservices, and containerized applications, with strong expertise in FastAPI, Docker, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of backend systems using FastAPI (Python).

- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Work closely with frontend and DevOps teams to integrate systems and ensure smooth deployments.

- Optimize application performance and reliability using caching, async programming, and proper DB design.

- Manage and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerize applications with Docker, and manage cloud deployments.

- Work with MongoDB for data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of backend development experience, with at least 2+ years in FastAPI.

- Strong knowledge of Python, Docker, and MongoDB.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.

- Familiarity with Git, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Understanding of clean code principles, OOP, and design patterns.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in FastAPI for building scalable and high-performance backend services.

- Proficiency with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation, and query optimization.

- Practical experience with Docker for containerization and deployment.

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API best practices.

- Familiarity with Linux environments, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
