Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead II Software Engineering (Facets Developer/Support) with strong expertise in the Healthcare domain and deep hands-on experience with the FACETS platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare payer systems, claims adjudication, membership processing, workflow management, and FACETS integrations.

The role requires strong technical leadership, production support expertise, and the ability to design scalable FACETS solutions while ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence. Candidates with experience in FACETS upgrades, data migration, vendor integrations, and Azure modernization initiatives will be highly preferred.

We are looking for both Fulltime/Contract both.

Key Responsibilities :

FACETS Platform & Healthcare Operations :

- Lead development, enhancement, and support activities on the FACETS platform.

- Work across key FACETS modules including :

1. Membership

2. Claims

3. Workflow

4. Accumulations

5. Medical Plans

- Design and implement custom FACETS extensions for claims adjudication and business workflows.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze healthcare payer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Support FACETS upgrades, configuration changes, and system enhancements.

- Ensure smooth execution of healthcare operations aligned with payer business processes.

Integration & Migration :

- Lead vendor integrations with FACETS and associated healthcare systems.

- Participate in enterprise data migration and modernization initiatives.

- Support Azure migration initiatives and cloud transformation activities.

- Develop and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data processing activities.

Production Support & Incident Management :

- Manage production support activities with focus on SLA adherence and operational stability.

- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and defect resolution.

- Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and documentation standards are maintained.

- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and support teams.

- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical estimations.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, business analysts, and vendors.

- Drive best practices in software engineering, deployment, and support processes.

Required Skills :

Mandatory Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Healthcare IT and FACETS platform.

- Strong experience in FACETS modules :

- Experience with :

1. FACETS upgrades

4. Claims adjudication extensions

- Strong expertise in :

1. PL/SQL

2. Oracle

- Hands-on experience in application development using :

1. C

2. .NET

- Experience in production support and incident management.

- Strong understanding of SLA management and audit compliance.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Azure cloud migration initiatives.

- Knowledge of healthcare payer workflows and US healthcare systems.

- Experience with DevOps, deployment automation, or CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
