- Design and development of software platforms/products/product components using Microsoft Technologies along with Elastic Search/any NoSQL. Strong problem-solving capability.

- Analyze business issues and technical problems independently, and come up with smart, logical solutions.

- Participate in product releases through requirement reviews, development, deployment, setting up environments, documenting release notes and technical details regarding functionality and configuration.

- Ensure quality of developed code. Review test plans with QA & drive the code reviews within the team.

Essential Skills :

- Mentor and coach a small team of software engineers on day-to-day tasks, code reviews, and best practices.

- Liaise with product managers, QA, UX, and other teams to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery.

- Enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and compliance policies across the teams codebase.

- Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops/ Azure Dev Pipelines), automated testing, and release management.

- Lead software delivery teams, with hands-on experience in .NET Core (6+), C#, Angular (16+), HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

- Practical experience tuning Elasticsearch indices, writing Logstash pipelines, and building Kibana dashboards will be a plus.

- Strong SQL Server skills writing and optimizing complex queries, stored proceduresand familiarity with MySQL.

- Ability to analyse complex technical problems, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

- Proactive problem solver who can troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

- Good to have knowledge working in major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
