Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and lead the development of scalable, secure, and performant systems on our cloud-based SaaS platform

- Oversee full-stack development using Node.js, React, and Postgres

- Define infrastructure using AWS, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices

- Maintain secure authentication and authorization frameworks (Auth0, SOC-2 readiness)

- Design and implement BYOK encryption

- Lead data integration with Airbyte and build ETL pipelines

- Own deployment, monitoring, and fault tolerance architecture using NATS

- Ensure high-quality releases through automation and testing

- Collaborate with product, data science, and sustainability teams

- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical decision-making

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years in software engineering, with 3 years in a lead or architect role

- Expertise in architecting and scaling enterprise-grade SaaS platforms

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices

- Fluency with AI code development tools

- Hands-on experience with tech stack components

- Understanding of secure application design and infrastructure

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience with large B2B customers and enterprise integration
