Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Engineer to bridge the gap between high-velocity DevOps practices, robust automation testing, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow orchestration. In this role, you will serve as the technical architect for our service delivery ecosystem, ensuring that our CI/CD pipelines are seamlessly integrated with ServiceNow ITSM workflows.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product owners, and global stakeholders to eliminate operational bottlenecks and drive platform reliability. By streamlining configuration management and automating complex testing cycles, you will directly influence the speed of our product releases and the overall stability of our digital infrastructure, ultimately delivering a superior experience for our end users and business units in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to accelerate deployment cycles and ensure high-quality software delivery for internal stakeholders.

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules, specifically focusing on ITSM, to standardize service delivery and improve operational transparency.

- Design and execute comprehensive automation testing frameworks that integrate with DevOps workflows to reduce manual intervention and minimize production defects.

- Manage complex configuration management processes to ensure environment consistency and compliance across the development, staging, and production lifecycles.

- Partner with global engineering teams to troubleshoot integration challenges between ServiceNow and existing DevOps toolchains, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence by establishing best practices for platform scalability, security, and performance monitoring.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale DevOps environments with a deep understanding of CI/CD orchestration and infrastructure-as-code principles.

- Proven track record in ServiceNow implementation and ITSM optimization, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Advanced proficiency in building and maintaining automation testing suites that align with modern agile development methodologies.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives effectively.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Hyderabad.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in enterprise software engineering.
