We are seeking Lead Engineer (Backend) for a Blockchain product company in Noida. This role involves spearheading backend development efforts using Node.js and mentoring a team to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions. Key Qualifications and Skills :

- Mandatory Skills : Strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript with problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience leading teams and mentoring junior engineers.

- Proficiency in designing, building, and managing RESTful APIs.

- Deep knowledge of software architecture patterns and microservices.

- Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud services.

- Experience with Docker/containerized application development (preferred).

- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Background :

- Experience in Product, eCommerce, Fintech, Blockchain, SaaS, or similar industries.
