Position Overview :

To lead the DevOps strategy for Automation platforms by building scalable CI/CD systems, enabling cloud-native deployments, and driving DevSecOps practices. This role ensures faster, reliable, and secure delivery of automation software across global mining systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field

- Strong expertise in :

1. CI/CD : Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps

2. Version Control : Git (advanced workflows)

3. Cloud : AWS / Azure

4. Scripting : Python, Bash

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and RCA skills

- Experience working in Agile environments

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant infrastructure on AWS to ensure optimal performance for global client applications.

- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins to accelerate release cycles and reduce manual deployment overhead.

- Orchestrate containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker to improve resource utilization and application scalability.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible to ensure environment consistency across development, staging, and production.

- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues by leveraging deep Linux expertise and advanced monitoring tools.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of automation and best practices to elevate the overall technical maturity of the DevOps team.

- Collaborate with security teams to integrate compliance and security protocols directly into the deployment lifecycle to protect sensitive data assets.

Nice to Have :

- Exposure to Embedded automation platforms

- Understanding of MLOps / AI pipelines

- Experience with edge computing

- Knowledge of advanced deployment strategies

- Familiarity with AUTOSAR / control systems.
