Lead/Developer - VC++/MFC

Senior C++ Developer :

We are looking for an experienced Senior C++ Developer with deep expertise in MFC, VC++, and Visual Studio to lead the development of complex, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should have strong object-oriented programming skills, multithreading experience, and a proven track record of technical leadership in software projects. Candidates with exposure to the financial domain or capital markets will be given preference.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Visual Studio

- Solid understanding of Multithreading and Socket Programming

- Familiar with STL, COM, Data Structures, and OOPs principles

Requirements :

- Must have led development on at least 2 MFC-based projects

- Minimum 4 years of team or technical leadership experience

- Experience in either Windows or Linux development environments

- Strong debugging and analytical skills

- Exposure to Financial Services/Capital Markets domain is a plus
