We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to work on large-scale Energy & Utilities datasets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing tariff and pricing data, building data models, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions.

Role: Lead Data Analyst

Experience: 6+ Years

Location: Pune (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex datasets related to utility tariffs, rates, billing, and energy consumption.

- Validate, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources.

- Develop and maintain data models and analytical reports.

- Perform advanced analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python.

- Build dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders.

- Automate repetitive processes and improve data workflows.

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in datasets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver business solutions.

- Mentor junior analysts and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:

- 6 to 10 years of experience in Data Analysis / Data Analytics.

- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Pivot Tables, Advanced Functions), and Python.

- Experience in data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Energy, Utilities, Electricity, Gas, or Renewable Energy domains.

- Exposure to Tariff Analysis, Pricing Models, Billing, or Forecasting.

- Knowledge of Excel Macros, Power Query, or Python Automation.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
