Job Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in Healthcare Analytics, Data Analytics, Health Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in complex healthcare environments.

- Experience working with healthcare claims, clinical, utilization, provider, population health, or health outcomes data.

- Demonstrated success working in cross-effective and client-facing environments.

- Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.

- Experience with Python, R, SAS, or other analytical tools.

- Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Understanding of healthcare data models, claims analytics, population health analytics, and risk stratification methodologies.

- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application within healthcare analytics.

- Experience with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems is advantageous.

- Strong data storytelling and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyzing healthcare datasets to identify trends, risks, cost drivers, and utilization opportunities.

- Delivering and optimizing healthcare analytics solutions from implementation through post-launch support.

- Developing dashboards, reports, and insights that support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborating with data science, engineering, product, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.

- Managing client relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes.

- Supporting innovation initiatives involving advanced analytics, AI/ML, and healthcare claims insights.

- Ensuring compliance with healthcare data privacy, governance, and risk management standards.

- Conducting client training and promoting best practices in healthcare analytics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, deep healthcare domain knowledge, experience with data visualization and analytics tools, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
