JOB DESCRIPTION :

Must :

- Lead the development of GIS ETL/FME technologies (FME Form, FME Flow).

- Define business logic and analysis based on use cases.

- Have 2D and 3D GIS experience and experience with geoprocessing.

- At least 2-3 years of experience with ArcPy.

- Develop the migration, integration, and API/services using FME.

- Experience with ArcGIS Branch versioning.

Should :

- Follow DevOps and Agile project development.

- Worked with apps using APIs like Google Maps and ArcGIS Enterprise.

- Develop jobs for non-GIS data sets.

- Experience in RDBMS (Oracle or SQL Server).

- Exposure to ArcGIS Enterprise services and feature services.

Good to have :

- Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL development.

- Experience in ArcFM and Utility Network.

- ArcGIS Services, AGOL, and ArcGIS/ArcGIS Pro Geoprocessing.

- Exposure to Utilities and Telecommunication.

Deliverables :

- Develop FME workbenches apps.

- Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations.

- Follow DevOps and Agile project development.
