About the Role :

- We are seeking a Lead Architect / Senior C++ Developer with strong expertise in VoIP, SIP, Unified Communications, and BroadWorks Media Server.

- This role requires deep hands-on development experience, architectural capability, and leadership in complex telecom product environments.

Must-Have Skills & Expertise :

- 5+ years of core C++ development experience; minimum 4 years in a Technical Lead / Architect role

- Proven background in Telecom Domain, specifically Unified Communications & Video Communication

- Strong experience with BroadWorks (BroadSoft) Media Server

- Expertise in VoIP / SIP / RTP protocols; familiarity with H.264, OPUS, WebRTC

- Hands-on experience in architecture, design, and development of large-scale telecom applications

- Strong understanding of Call Control, Signaling, and Media Handling for voice/video platforms

- Working experience with NGINX and WebRTC technologies

- Development experience using C++, C, Shell Scripting, Python

- Strong knowledge of MS SQL / PostgreSQL and relational DB concepts

- Excellent command over Linux fundamentals

- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Experience leading technical teams in complex telecom product development
