- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services using Python and microservices architecture.

- Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions on AWS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to backend team members.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, performance optimization, and system reliability.

- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, automation, and DevOps practices.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure smooth system operations.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of hands-on backend development experience.

- Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

- Solid experience working with AWS services (Lambda, EC2 S3 RDS, API Gateway, etc. ).

- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling or technical leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), caching, and event-driven architectures.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
