Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Python-based microservices.

- Build and operate gRPC / Protobuf APIs.

- Implement async processing, concurrency, and job orchestration.

- Design for retries, idempotency, and fault tolerance.

- Integrate Python services with native C/C++ components.

- Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas.

- Contribute to React-based frontend (JS/TS).

- Own features end-to-end (design - deployment - monitoring).

- Debug across system, application, and performance layers.

- Build CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.

Requirements :

- Strong Python backend experience (sync + async).

- Hands-on with gRPC / Protobuf.

- Experience with FastAPI / Flask / Django.

- Strong microservices & distributed systems understanding.

- PostgreSQL + data modeling experience.

- Exposure to React (or willingness to work on frontend).

- Strong system design, concurrency, and debugging skills.

- Linux fundamentals and production troubleshooting.

- Exposure to C/C++ integrations (preferred).
