Description :

- As a Lead Backend Engineer at Hrizen Techno Services, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the backend architecture of our products.

- You will be responsible for designing scalable and reliable systems, mentoring a team of backend engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

- The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of backend development experience with Go and Node.js, building and maintaining microservices in production.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, event-driven architectures, and message queues is required.

- Experience with Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), relational schema design (PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases (Cassandra or similar) is also necessary.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing engineering teams, with a focus on mentoring and growing talent, is expected.

- Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs into backend systems is desired.

- Proficiency in CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is required
