Key Responsibilities :

- Lead backend development using Python & Django

- Architect and build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices

- Implement cloud-native solutions with Azure App Services, Functions, Storage

- Design and optimize big data pipelines with PySpark & Azure Databricks

- Leverage Delta Lake and Delta Tables for efficient data workflows

- Oversee SQL & NoSQL database performance and scalability

- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to drive delivery

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

- Participate in architecture and roadmap planning

- Enforce best practices for security, performance, and code quality

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT (or related field)

- 8+ years of backend development experience

- Deep expertise in Python, Django, and REST APIs

- Proven experience with Azure Cloud Services and DevOps pipelines

- Strong skills in Azure Databricks, PySpark, Delta Lake

- Experience with CI/CD workflows, Git, and Agile methodologies

- Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases

- Excellent analytical and leadership skills
