About the role :

As a Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, database architecture, and APIs that power our products. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance systems that meet the needs of our business.

What you'll do :

- Develop and maintain backend systems and services to ensure optimal performance and scalability

- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

- Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to define, develop, and deliver features

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code, following best practices

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications as needed

- Ensure the security and integrity of backend systems, data, and APIs

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members

- Monitor system performance and resolve production issues as they arise

What we are looking for :

- 4 - 8 years of experience in backend development

- Strong experience with any backend language Java, Golang or Python

- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development

- Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL, and data modeling
