Primary Service Ownership :

Azure Cloud Operations, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Azure Platform Governance, ITSM Operations, AI/GenAI-Driven Automation, Cloud FinOps, Security & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own Azure Cloud Operations strategy, SRE operating model, platform reliability, and service governance including Azure tenant operations, subscriptions, management groups, landing zones, policies, RBAC, and platform standards.

- Define and govern SLIs, SLOs, Capacity, Availability, Performance, and Reliability KPIs across cloud services as well as operational standards, runbooks, dashboards, automation frameworks, and engineering best practices.

- Lead Azure infrastructure operations covering Compute, Networking, Storage, Identity, Security, Backup, DR, and PaaS services as well as operational excellence using Infrastructure as Code (IaC), self-healing capabilities, platform engineering, Terraform/Bicep, PowerShell, Python, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.

- Leverage AI, GenAI, Copilot, and AIOps platforms to automate incident response, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, knowledge management, service requests, operational reporting, vulnerability management and automated FinOps reporting and Scale optimization for Cost Efficiency.

- Establish enterprise observability using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Azure Workbooks, Grafana dashboards, AI-assisted predictive analytics, and proactive monitoring practices.

- Own and automate Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Availability, and Major Incident Management processes as well as govern operational readiness, disaster recovery, business continuity, platform lifecycle management, and resiliency testing.

- Lead vulnerability management, remediation governance, security posture monitoring, and operational risk management as well as ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, RBI, NPCI audit requirements, and regulatory controls.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 9+ years' experience in Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Operations.

- Deep expertise across Azure IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Identity, Security, Governance, Monitoring, and Automation services.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, Defender for Cloud, Azure Policy, and Landing Zone architectures.

- Strong skills in PowerShell, Python, Terraform/Bicep, Automation, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Infrastructure Automation.

- Proven experience leveraging AI/GenAI tools, Copilot, AIOps, and intelligent automation to improve reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, Reliability Engineering, Cloud Governance, Security, Compliance, and FinOps principles.
