Skills :

- 6+ years of strong QA and automation experience.

- Proven ability to lead SDET-style teams with deep hands-on automation experience.

- Strong programming skills in Java with ability to extend frameworks and build custom automation components.

- Expertise across automation layers : Web, API, Mobile, and NFR.

- Proficiency with modern testing tools (Cucumber, Selenide, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, Jenkins, Report Portal).

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership with a track record of mentoring and upskilling teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Clear communication and ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

- Experience balancing risk, coverage, and speed in agile release environments.

Business Acumen :

- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies.

- Ability to align testing strategy with business and product goals.

- Experience tracking quality metrics and driving continuous improvement.

Desirable Skills :

- Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (LambdaTest, Applitools).

- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).

- Familiarity with scalable automation architectures and device farm execution.
