About the Role :

We're looking for a highly experienced Lead Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Python-based enterprise application development. This contract-to-hire position requires an expert who can not only architect and build scalable solutions but also provide technical leadership and guidance to the team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core programming principles, a solid background in backend technologies, and hands-on experience with modern development practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities :

- Technical Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.

- Architecture & Design : Design, develop, and architect robust and scalable enterprise applications using Python and the Django framework.

- Backend Development : Ensure strong proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns to write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

- Data Management : Utilize expertise in Pandas for data manipulation and analysis. Work with PostgreSQL for database-driven development, with a good understanding of ORM frameworks like Hibernate or JPA.

- Cloud & DevOps : Leverage extensive experience with AWS to build and deploy cloud-native applications.

- API Development : Design and implement robust RESTful APIs for seamless integration between services.

- Code Quality & Security : Maintain high coding standards and strong debugging skills. You'll be responsible for understanding and implementing code security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

- Collaboration : Work with modern application development tools and libraries. Experience with JQuery is a must.
