Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Golang Developer with deep expertise in MongoDB to build, optimize, and maintain scalable backend systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing microservices, working with distributed systems, and ensuring high performance and reliability across backend components.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang.

- Implement, optimize, and manage MongoDB schemas, queries, indexes, and aggregations for high-performance applications.

- Build and maintain microservices with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.

- Collaborate closely with Frontend, DevOps, QA, and other teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks across application and database layers.

- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across all backend operations.

- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and documentation of technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5 - 9 years of professional experience in backend development.

- Strong proficiency in Golang and its ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing, and performance tuning.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture.

- Experience working with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in an agile development environment.

Good to Have (Optional)

- Experience with event-driven architecture or message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
