About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Angular Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale web applications. The role involves frontend architecture, team mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead frontend architecture and development initiatives.

- Develop scalable, reusable components and services.

- Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, and product teams.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.

- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and drive performance improvements.

Required Skills :

- Angular (v14+) and TypeScript.

- JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS.

- Angular Material and/or PrimeNG.

- RxJS, Reactive Forms, State Management (NgRx/Signals).

- REST API integration and JWT-based authentication.

- Angular Routing, Lazy Loading, and Performance Optimization.

- Git, Debugging, and Problem Solving.

- Understanding of OWASP security best practices.

Good to Have :

- Java/Spring Boot.

- OpenShift (OCP).

- Experience with AI coding assistants.

Eligibility :

- 6-9 years of total IT experience.

- Minimum 2 years in a Lead/Team Lead role.

- Prior experience in Financial Services is preferred.
