Lead AEM Solution Consultant

We are looking for AEM Solutions Consultant as an Employee for IT Company.

Location : Delhi.

Experience : 7+ years.

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner to 60 Days.

Role Overview :

The AEM Lead will be responsible for leading and contributing to the design, development, and implementation of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions. The candidate must demonstrate strong expertise in AEM architecture, component development, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of AEM-based solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AEM development teams.

- Ensure AEM best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.

- Oversee integration of AEM with third-party and backend systems.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to established development standards.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5 / AEM as a Cloud Service).

- Proficiency in developing custom components, templates, and workflows.

- Solid understanding of Sling models, OSGi framework, HTL (Sightly), and JCR repository.

- Experience integrating AEM with other systems via RESTful APIs.

- Knowledge of Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies.

- Familiarity with AEM DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Cloud Manager.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
