Description :

- Define end-to-end architecture for Gen AI powered applications and platforms.

- Design scalable, secure, and resilient AI solution architectures aligned with business goals.

- Select and standardize LLM platforms, frameworks, and tooling across the organization.

- Establish architectural patterns for RAG, agents, fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, and inference pipelines.

- Lead adoption of Gen AI tech including OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, and Ollama.

- Drive model selection, fine-tuning strategies, and optimization approaches.

- Define best practices for AI performance, cost optimization, latency, and scalability.

- Address AI governance challenges including model drift, bias, explainability, and compliance.

- Architect and oversee deployment of AI systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Define MLOps architecture for CI/CD, model lifecycle management, monitoring, and retraining.

- Establish standards for containerization, orchestration & infrastructure automation using Docker & Kubernetes

- Guide teams on data preprocessing, storage, and retrieval for AI training and inference.

- Ensure integration with NoSQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

- Review designs, conduct architectural governance, and ensure adherence to standards.

Qualification and Experience :

- Minimum 10+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 4+ years in AI / ML / Gen AI solutions.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Gen AI platforms : OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Grok, Ollama, ElevenLabs.

- Expertise in Python and/or JavaScript for AI and platform development.

- Deep understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras).

- Strong experience with MLOps, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native architectures.

- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience in eCommerce, Digital Commerce, or Digital Banking is highly preferred.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
