About the Role :

As a remote Laravel Developer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing web applications built with the Laravel framework.

Youll collaborate with our cross-functional team of designers, front-end developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel (8.x or later).

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Build RESTful APIs and ensure data integrity and security.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and follow best practices.

- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

- Maintain clear documentation of code and application architecture.

- Communicate progress, risks, and blockers with team leads and project managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience working with Laravel and PHP.

- Solid understanding of MVC architecture and OOP principles.

- Strong experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js or React is a plus).

- Experience with version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

- Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication and time management skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Laravel Livewire or Inertia.js.

- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud hosting platforms.

- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.

Contract Details :

- Working Hours : Flexible / As per project needs.

- Compensation : Based on experience (hourly or fixed-rate)
