- Minimum 5 years in integration technology implementation and design.

Identity & Access Management (IAM) :

- Hands-on experience with IAM processes (JML, access governance, SOD).

IBM Security Directory Integrator / Tivoli Directory Integrator :

- 1to 2 years as integration developer or lead, ideally with orchestration across IAM processes.

Technical Skills :

- Identity synchronization, attribute mapping, ETL processes.

- Familiarity with MFT, EAI, ESB, API, Streaming technologies.

Cloud Integration :

- Experience building integrations in cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure).

Development Lifecycle Knowledge :

- Interface design, security, design patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, telemetry.

- Automate testing and CI/CD pipelines for integration components.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and lead integration initiatives.
