Job Description :
We are seeking a Windows L3 Support Engineer to act as the final escalation point for P1/P2 incidents in enterprise Windows and endpoint environments. The role involves advanced troubleshooting, RCA, endpoint management, security, automation, and major incident handling.
Skills & Responsibilities :
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 & Windows 10/11
- L3 escalation, P1/P2 incident handling, RCA, war- room support
- Endpoint Management : Intune, SCCM (ConfigMgr)
- Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP
- Patch Management : WSUS, SCCM, Intune
- PowerShell scripting (mandatory) & automation
- Security : Microsoft Defender, BitLocker
- Monitoring : SCOM, Splunk
- ITSM : Incident, Change, Problem Management
- Documentation : SOPs, Runbooks
- Collaboration with L1/L2 teams & cross- functional teams
- Exposure to Azure/Cloud, VMware/Hyper- V/Citrix
Nice to have : Tanium, VDI/DaaS, Azure Virtual Desktop, Ansible
Experience :
- 5 to 10+ years in Windows Administration / Enterprise Support | Shift/on- call support
Certifications (Preferred) :
- Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE/Azure Admin), ITIL Foundation
