Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced L3 Network Support Engineer with strong expertise in Aruba Wireless as the primary skill. The role will act as an escalation point for complex network incidents, lead advanced troubleshooting, and support enterprise wireless infrastructure across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L3 support and advanced troubleshooting for Aruba Mobility Controllers, Access Points, and wireless networks.

- Troubleshoot complex issues related to wireless connectivity, roaming, authentication, RF performance, and client experience.

- Configure and optimize SSIDs, AP Groups, RF profiles, client load balancing, mobility, and roaming.

- Administer and troubleshoot Aruba Central and ArubaOS environments.

- Manage integrations with ClearPass, RADIUS, and Active Directory.

- Perform detailed wireless health checks, capacity analysis, RF optimization, and performance tuning.

- Lead resolution of critical incidents and provide technical RCA for recurring issues.

- Support firmware upgrades, migrations, architecture changes, and network refresh activities.

- Work with vendors and internal teams for complex incident resolution.

- Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and contribute to network standards and documentation.

Secondary Skills - Any One Preferred :

1. FortiGate / Fortinet SD-WAN :

- L3 troubleshooting and administration of FortiGate and Secure SD-WAN.

- Experience with SD-WAN policies, SLAs, application steering, IPSec/SSL VPN, routing, HA, FortiManager, and FortiAnalyzer.

- Knowledge of WAN optimization and security policy management.

2. Juniper Switching :

- L3 support for Juniper EX Series switches.

- Strong knowledge of Junos, VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, Virtual Chassis, and Layer 3 routing.

- Experience with upgrades, patching, hardware replacement, and complex L2/L3 troubleshooting.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise Network Support / Network Engineering.

- Expert-level experience with Aruba Wireless.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of Aruba Mobility Controllers (7200/9000 Series), ArubaOS, Aruba Central, and Aruba APs.

- Strong expertise in RF management, wireless security, roaming, and performance optimization.

- Hands-on experience with ClearPass, RADIUS, and Active Directory authentication.

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and network security.

- Proven experience handling L3 escalations, critical incidents, RCA, and complex troubleshooting.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and technical leadership skills.
