Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced L3 Network Support Engineer with strong expertise in Juniper Switching as the primary skill. The role will act as an escalation point for critical incidents and provide advanced troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and technical support for enterprise network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide L3 support and advanced troubleshooting for Juniper EX Series switches.

- Design, configure, and troubleshoot VLANs, trunking, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, and Virtual Chassis.

- Configure and troubleshoot static and dynamic routing protocols.

- Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues.

- Perform switch upgrades, patching, hardware replacements, and migration activities.

- Lead resolution of critical incidents and provide detailed RCA and corrective actions.

- Optimize network performance, availability, and capacity across enterprise environments.

- Support network changes, refreshes, and infrastructure transformation projects.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal infrastructure teams to resolve complex technical issues.

- Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and maintain network standards and documentation.

Secondary Skills - Any One Preferred :

1. FortiGate / Fortinet SD-WAN :

- Strong troubleshooting and administration experience with FortiGate and Fortinet Secure SD-WAN.

- Experience with SD-WAN policies, SLA, application steering, IPSec/SSL VPN, dynamic routing, HA, and WAN optimization.

- Hands-on experience with FortiManager and FortiAnalyzer.

2. Aruba Wireless :

- Advanced troubleshooting of Aruba Mobility Controllers and wireless infrastructure.

- Experience with ArubaOS, Aruba Central, SSIDs, AP Groups, RF optimization, client load balancing, and roaming.

- Knowledge of ClearPass, RADIUS, Active Directory, and wireless security.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 12 years of experience in Enterprise Network Engineering / Network Support.

- Expert-level experience with Juniper EX Series switching.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Junos OS, VLANs, trunking, STP/RSTP/MSTP, LACP, and Virtual Chassis.

- Strong knowledge of static and dynamic routing protocols.

- Proven experience handling L3 escalations, critical incidents, RCA, and complex troubleshooting.

- Strong understanding of enterprise LAN architecture, TCP/IP, network redundancy, and high availability.
