Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot advanced routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Route Redistribution.

- Manage MPLS, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and SD-WAN environments, including Fortinet SD-WAN or equivalent solutions.

- Administer Palo Alto Firewalls, including NAT, VPNs, security policies, and access control configurations.

- Support Data Center networking technologies such as Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN, EVPN, and multi-tenant environments.

- Monitor network performance using tools such as LogicMonitor and SolarWinds, ensuring maximum availability and proactive issue resolution.

- Lead troubleshooting of critical network incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement preventive measures.

- Develop and maintain network automation scripts using Python and Ansible to improve operational efficiency.

- Manage incidents, service requests, and change activities through ServiceNow while adhering to SLA and ITIL processes.

Technical Skills:

- Strong expertise in Enterprise Networking, including LAN, WAN, and Data Center technologies.

- Advanced knowledge of Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and Route Redistribution.

- Experience managing WAN technologies, including MPLS, Dedicated Internet Access (DIA), and SD-WAN.

- Hands-on experience with Fortinet SD-WAN or equivalent SD-WAN solutions.

- Proficiency in Palo Alto Firewalls, including NAT, VPNs, Security Policies, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).

- Strong understanding of Data Center Networking, including Spine-Leaf architecture, VXLAN, EVPN, and Multi-tenancy.

- Experience with Network Monitoring & Performance Management using LogicMonitor and SolarWinds.

- Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes using ServiceNow for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

- Proficiency in Network Automation using Python and Ansible.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and performance optimization.

- Experience in Change Management, including CAB participation and production change implementation.

- Hands-on experience coordinating with ISPs, OEMs, and third-party vendors for incident resolution and network maintenance.
