- Administer, configure, and maintain Fortinet (FortiGate) and Cisco ASA firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPNs, and security profiles.

- Manage and troubleshoot Ruckus wireless LAN controllers and access points, including SSIDs, WLAN policies, and RF optimization.

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks - routing, switching, VLANs, and connectivity issues.

- Manage site-to-site and remote-access VPN tunnels (IPSec/SSL) across Fortinet and Cisco platforms.

- Act as a key technical point of contact for US customers - diagnose, resolve, and escalate network and security incidents within SLA.

- Perform proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity/performance analysis of network devices.

- Apply firmware upgrades, patches, and configuration changes following change management procedures.

- Document network configurations, diagrams, runbooks, and incident records.

- Communicate clearly with US customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing tools, providing timely status updates.

- Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend permanent fixes.

- Coordinate with OEM/vendor support (Fortinet, Cisco, Ruckus) for hardware/software issues.
