Job Description :

Must-Have :

- Gather and analyze client network requirements and design scalable solutions (HLD & LLD documentation).

- Manage data centers to branch connectivity using MPLS and SD-WAN technologies.

- Good to have experience in the migration projects.

- Ensure network reliability through proactive monitoring, incident handling, and crisis management.

- Implementation, Configuration & troubleshooting in Prisma SDWAN, Cisco router, Juniper routers network for Service delivery and Service Assurance.

- Manage data center to branch connectivity using MPLS and SD-WAN technologies.

- Good understanding and hands-on knowledge of SDWAN technology must have (preferably Prisma SD WAN)

- TCP/IP, OSI Model, LAN/WAN, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, NAT, ACL, etc

- Switching basics.

- Experience in Monitoring tools

- ServiceNow ticketing
