We are hiring L2 Desktop / Technical Support Engineers - Pune (On-site)
We have an opening for experienced and dedicated L2 Engineers who can handle advanced desktop, system, and basic network issues with minimal supervision.
This role requires strong troubleshooting, ownership, and hands-on technical expertise.
Position : L2 Desktop / Technical Support Engineer
Experience : 3- 6 Years (Mandatory)
Joining : Immediate Joiners Only
Work Locations : Chakan | Viman Nagar | Parwadi (Pune)
Employment : Full-Time, On-site
Key Technical Requirements :
We are looking for candidates who have strong hands-on experience in :
- Advanced Windows OS troubleshooting (BSOD, boot failure, performance issues)
- Joining systems to the domain & resolving domain-related issues
- Active Directory : user management, groups, OUs, password resets
- Group Policy (GPO) configuration & troubleshooting
- Office 365 & Outlook configuration, profile management
- Understanding of OST/PST, mailbox issues, sync problems
- Printer hardware troubleshooting (toner, cartridge, drum, fuser)
- L2-level network troubleshooting (LAN, DHCP, DNS, IP conflict)
- Basic switch configuration knowledge
- ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Freshservice etc.
- Event Viewer logs analysis & error diagnosis
- Coordination with L3/Vendor teams for escalations
Additional Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site support across assigned Pune locations
- Maintain documentation for incidents & resolutions
- Ensure SLA compliance & proper ticket management
- Communicate effectively with users & internal teams
- Maintain system security hygiene & follow IT processes
