Role :
- Incident acknowledgement and initial RCA.
- Data repair : Executions and tracking-
- Incidents re-route to concerned team like Global digital L2 support, TALM systems, EHC support, PET, P&C s
- Query analysis and data validations with pointed repair clauses for data issues (routed to application teams via JIRA incidents) for all modules of store reporting
- Data refresh validations and metrices correctness
- SLA monitoring and user follow-ups.
- Access related operations: additions of users to SSC security groups.
- Pager duty support for alerts occurring outside office hours
- RCA and data repair documentations
- RCA to educate the users on metrices and KPIs, based on the requests
- Data Lineage Analysis
- Communication, coordination and notification of traffic data, region specific hourly data understatement to source teams for further reviews.
Skills :
- Hands-On in snowflake and PBI data modelling
- ADF , Kafka pipelines understanding - Good to Have
- Proficiency in SQL to perform RCA
- Understanding of dynamic tables, medallion architecture
- Data engineering and visualization concepts
- Strong communication skills
- Handson on feature usages for JIRA, service now and confluence
- On call proficiencies
- ITIL fundamentals with deep understanding of incidents, changes and problem management
