Job Title : Hiring for Storage L2 Engineer

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 5+ Years

Mode : Work From Office (WFO)

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in SAN & Storage Administration

- Hands-on experience with Hitachi Storage & Brocade Switches

- Knowledge of storage operations, unified compute platforms & host OS management

- Exposure to cluster management & infrastructure maintenance

- Strong troubleshooting, communication & documentation skills

- Hitachi Technical Certification is an added advantage

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day SAN & Storage administration

- Handle storage infrastructure operations, troubleshooting & issue resolution

- Perform storage allocation to server infrastructure

- Monitor SAN switches & storage subsystem capacity

- Conduct capacity planning, performance analysis & tuning

- Coordinate with Hitachi Global Support for incident resolution

- Manage Disaster Recovery (DR), data replication & business continuity testing

- Oversee storage solution design, installation, configuration & de-provisioning

- Maintain storage documentation, procedures & reporting

- Mentor and guide junior administrators
