Shift Details :

- 24-7 rotational shift

- For Female candidates: 1st shift only (7am to 3pm)

- F2F Interview mandatory.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 4 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in Commvault backup administration and support.

- Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale Commvault deployments, including backup, recovery, and archiving.

- Strong troubleshooting skills for backup software, tape libraries, disk-to-disk backup systems, and SAN connectivity.

- Familiarity with storage protocols (NFS, CIFS, iSCSI, FC) and integration with backup solution.

- General knowledge of networking fundamentals and operating systems (Windows, Linux).

- Experience with capacity planning, utilization analysis, and backup optimization.

- Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a 24/7 or rotational shift environment as required.

Preferred Skills :

- Certifications in Commvault or other enterprise backup solutions.

- Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, Shell) is a plus.

- ITIL Foundation or experience in ITIL-based operational environments.

- Exposure to other backup solutions (Veeam, Cohesity, Veritas NetBackup) and storage technologies (NetApp, Dell EMC, Data Domain)
