- Provide L2 support for business-critical enterprise applications.

- Monitor application health and ensure high system availability.

- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.

Azure Cloud Support :

- Support and maintain Azure-based applications and infrastructure.

- Manage Azure PaaS services and cloud resources.

- Optimize Azure SQL databases for performance and scalability.

- Support Azure Logic Apps and cloud integrations.

- Monitor applications using Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

Platform Administration :

- Administer and support SharePoint Online environments.

- Provide operational support for OpenText platforms.

- Support SaaS applications deployed on Microsoft Cloud.

- Ensure platform stability, security, and performance.

Integration & Automation :

- Support REST/API integrations across enterprise applications.

- Drive automation initiatives for operational efficiency.

- Improve monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards.

- Collaborate with development teams on deployment and release activities.

Incident & Operational Management :

- Lead major incident resolution activities.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams during critical production issues.

- Prepare incident reports and RCA documentation.

- Participate in operational governance meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support teams.

- Drive best practices for cloud operations and application support.

- Participate in architecture discussions and platform enhancements.
