Job Title : Technical Support Engineer (L2 / L3)
Location : Noida (Hybrid)
Shift : UK Shift (3 : 00 PM 12 : 00 AM IST)
About the Role :
Strive Partners is hiring for a fast-growing Australian SaaS product company that builds scalable, customer-centric platforms used globally. The role involves deep L2/L3 technical support, root cause analysis, and close collaboration with engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve platform reliability.
Key Requirements :
- 3 to 4 years of experience in L2/L3 application support
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js / JavaScript / TypeScript / Python
- Good understanding of REST APIs
- Solid knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Experience working with ticketing systems (preferably JIRA)
- Ability to clearly understand and diagnose customer issues
- Exposure to SIEM solutions
- Willingness to work in UK shift hours
Nice to Have :
- Working knowledge of front-end frameworks
- Experience with DynamoDB
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts
- Exposure to AWS services
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues reported by customers
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Develop utilities/services using Node.js or Python
- Write complex database queries for dashboards and reporting
- Automate manual processes and contribute to product enhancements
- Design and implement services using AWS Lambda and PaaS offerings
- Write unit and integration tests
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams
- Participate in team discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
