Job Summary :

Provide L2/L3 production support for telecom service provisioning using Oracle ASAP, ensuring system stability, incident resolution, and successful order activation

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production support for Oracle ASAP environment

- Troubleshoot provisioning & order activation failures

- Perform log analysis and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

- Monitor applications and maintain system availability

- Support deployments and release activities

- Work with OMS, DB, and Network teams

- Handle incidents via ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira

- Support 247 on-call/shift operations

Mandatory Skills :

- Oracle ASAP Support (L2/L3)

- Telecom provisioning lifecycle knowledge

- UNIX/Linux & Shell scripting

- SQL & Oracle Database

- Oracle WebLogic Server administration basics

- XML/Web Services understanding

- Incident & Change Management
