Key Responsibilities :

- Deploy, configure, implement, and administer VMware/Omnissa Horizon environments.

- Manage and support Horizon Connection Servers, Unified Access Gateway (UAG), App Volumes, and DEM.

- Configure and manage Instant Clones, Full Clones, and VDI Pools.

- Create, maintain, and optimize Golden Images.

- Administer VMware infrastructure including vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter.

- Troubleshoot complex Horizon and VDI issues at L2/L3 level.

- Provide production support and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.

- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent solutions for recurring issues.

- Support Horizon upgrades, patches, deployments, and infrastructure changes.

- Work closely with infrastructure, network, security, and application teams.

- Follow established incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

- Experience working in ITIL-based support environments.
