L2 Integration Support Engineer - Middleware

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in deployment activities across integration layers.

Support and monitor middleware platforms including :

Middleware Platforms :

1. DataPower (DP)

2. IBM ACE / ESB

3. TYK

4. IBM APIC API Gateway

- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.

- Provide timely resolution for production issues related to integrations.

- Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and support teams for issue resolution.

- Ensure smooth functioning of APIs and integration environments.

- Monitor system performance and maintain service availability.

- Prepare incident reports and documentation.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience in integration support and deployment activities.

- Knowledge of IBM DataPower, IBM ACE/ESB, TYK, IBM APIC API Gateway.

- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Understanding of APIs, middleware architecture, and production support processes.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work in rotational shifts or support environments (if required).

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience in IT Support / Middleware Support roles.

- Quick learner with strong ownership mindset.

- Ability to work under pressure in critical production environments.
