- Position : L2 Infrastructure & Deployment Support Engineer

- Experience : 4 years experience is mandatory

- Location : Client Site - BKC, Bandra, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

1. Infrastructure & Deployment Support :

- Support deployments across UAT, DR, and Production environments

- Assist application deployment and release activities

- Monitor server health and environment readiness

- Support deployment validation and operational activities

- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Security, Database, and Application teams

2. Application & Production Support :

- Support enterprise Banking applications built on Frontend Technology : React.js

- Support Backend Database : Oracle Database Server

- Validate deployment readiness

- Support API integration validation

- Assist production rollout activities

- Support CBS, DMS, VPN, SFTP, and gateway integrations

3. Monitoring & Operations :

- Monitor and support CPU utilization, Memory usage, Disk performance, Network health, Server logs, Incident tracking, and ITSM workflows.

4. Security & Compliance :

- Follow BFSI security standards

- Support OS patch validation

- Assist compliance validation activities

- Support audit and vulnerability remediation tracking

5. Documentation & Coordination :

- Maintain deployment documentation

- Update SOPs and health reports

- Collaborate with technical and client teams

Must Have Skills :

- Infrastructure & OS : Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS / RHEL), Windows Server, Infrastructure Monitoring, Deployment Support, Server Health Validation

- Database : Oracle Database, Oracle Listener, TNS Configuration, SQL Fundamentals

- Networking Basics : TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS

- Operations : Incident Tracking, ITSM / Ticketing Tools, Log Monitoring, Troubleshooting Skills

Good To Have Skills :

- React.js exposure, Node.js / PM2, Nginx / Apache / IIS, VMware / Nutanix, PostgreSQL / MySQL, API Deployment Validation, Private Cloud concepts, BFSI domain exposure, Core Banking integrations, Firewall / Load Balancing concepts, Git Basics
