Role : Cloud Engineer / L2 Application Support / Bangalore & Gurgaon / Contract-to-Hire

We are looking for Cloud Engineers / L2 Application Support Engineers with 35 years of experience to join our team.

Location : Bangalore / Gurgaon

Shift : 12 : 00 PM 9 : 00 PM or 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM

Work Mode : Hybrid (10 mandatory office days/month)

Cab : Provided for late-night shifts

Openings : 10

Key Skills :

- AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch)

- Python, SQL, Snowflake/Snowpark

- ETL, Linux, Shell Scripting

- CloudWatch, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana

- ServiceNow/Jira

- Basic Networking (VPC, DNS, Load Balancer)

- Docker & Kubernetes (Good to have)

What You'll Do :

- Provide L2 application/production support in AWS environments.

- Monitor applications and troubleshoot production issues.

- Perform log analysis, incident management, and root cause analysis.

- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure service reliability.
