Were looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who can act as the bridge between content production teams and technology - identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, creativity, and quality using AI tools and automation.

This is a solution engineering role focused on applying AI practically - not building models, but finding, integrating, and customizing the right tools and systems to make the content creation process smarter and faster.

Youll work closely with the production, creative, and tech team to understand workflows, identify friction points, and implement AI-driven solutions across the pipeline.

What Youll Do :

- Own the content production workflow and build an AI-first approach to improve efficiency, quality, and turnaround time (TAT).

- Evaluate, experiment with, and integrate the latest AI tools for tasks like scripting, editing, translation, dubbing, QC, and analytics.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand production challenges and design custom AI-based solutions.

- Work hands-on to build backend automations, scripts, and integrations that connect multiple tools and data sources.

- Build lightweight internal utilities to enable easy adoption of AI-enabled workflows.

- Stay continuously updated with emerging AI tools and automation platforms relevant to media and content creation.

- Communicate complex technical ideas in simple language for non-technical stakeholders.

- Maintain high reliability, usability, and scalability for all deployed solutions.

What Were Looking For :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management - able to collaborate across creative, production, and technical teams.

- Strong familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway, Descript, Pika, ElevenLabs, Whisper, etc.)

- Experience integrating LLM or AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) into tools and workflows.

- Backend development experience in Python (automation, API orchestration, scripting).

- Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, data pipelines, and automation frameworks (n8n, LangChain, etc.)

- Strong problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset - can take an idea from concept to implementation.

- Curiosity and passion for staying ahead of AI tool innovations and finding ways to apply them in real-world workflows
